Returns Policy

1. Return Eligibility

  • Time Frame: Products can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt.
  • Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact. Returns will not be accepted for items that have been altered, worn, or damaged by the customer.
  • Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return:
    • Sale or clearance items
    • Intimate apparel (e.g., lingerie, swimwear)
    • Custom or personalized items
    • Gift cards

2. Return Process

  • Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with detailed instructions and a return authorization code (RAC).
  • Packaging: Please pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, including all accompanying materials such as tags, manuals, and accessories. Include a copy of the return authorization code inside the package.
  • Shipping the Return: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping method as Bella Moda is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

3. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the inspection is complete.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee may be applied to returned items, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

4. Exchanges

  • Exchange Process: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures faster processing and availability of the new item.
  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you and provide instructions for returning the defective or incorrect item.

5. Damaged or Lost Items

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue, including offering a replacement or refund.
  • Lost Items: If your return package is lost in transit, Bella Moda is not responsible for the loss. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking and insurance.

6. Final Sale Items

  • No Returns: Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. Please review the product details carefully before purchasing these items.

7. International Returns

  • International Orders: Customers outside of country are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any customs duties or taxes. Bella Moda is not responsible for delays caused by customs or shipping carriers.
  • Refunds for International Orders: Refunds for international returns will be processed and may be subject to exchange rate fluctuations and bank fees.
